Middlesex batsman, Fran Wilson, has been added to the England Women's squad ahead of the one and only test, which starts on Tuesday in Canterbury. The 23-year-old, who has been performing well both for her county and for England's Academy side, will replace Amy Jones in the squad.
Jones played twice in the ODI series which started the Women's Ashes, but scored just 15 runs as she was replaced for the final match by Lauren Winfield. Recent scores of 45 (against Yorkshire) and 64 and 55 (against Australia when playing for the Academy) has meant Wilson receives a call-up into the 14 player squad. This is the only change from the three ODI's, with Australia keeping the same team.
